If asked, probably
no inn owner will say they they are hostile to guests who
bicycle. Some however definitely go out of their way to welcome us with
free bikes, bike rentals, secure overnight
storage for our steeds, or suggested rides and maps. They are the ones

The Skyview Motel, perched on a hill, indeed offers great views in all directions.



Hotel Oceana is on West Beach, offers beach cruisers, allows your valuable
bikes in rooms, has info on rides.



The historic Montecito Inn has free cruisers and secure overnight storage
for guests' valuable bicycles.



Santa Barbara's Inn by the Harbor has free beach cruisers for their guests.

welcome cyclists with suggested road and mountain bike routes, a bike
wash area and clean rags. If you're flying in, they will store shipped
bikes until your arrival. Chez Schnitz cycling camps are headquartered
at Skyview. Hilltop views, pool, continental breakfast.
