The Santa Barbara Bicycle Coalition was founded in 1991, and for over two decades has been an advocacy and resource nonprofit serving Santa Barbara county. Their newsletter Quick Release deals with all kinds of topics. You might find it informative to simply read back issues, or maybe use our website search utility above for specific details.
